We offer professional help and our goal is to work with you for a minimum of 6 months to enable you to take control of your finances. We are NOT brokers or financial advisers. 

 

If you don’t save 5% within this six month period, there is no charge. If you only want on line and phone help we offer a SPECIAL $150 DISCOUNT off our low fees. This saves us time and travel expenses. We pass these savings on to all our ON LINE clients and you still get the benefits of our software and cost cutting knowledge. 

 

Our process works as follows:

You decide on either a face to face meeting in Melbourne (Aust clients) or Christchurch (NZ clients) or you can email or phone us and then use your PC to download our FACT FINDER form. Once you have made the first step we can immediately start to help you.    

Within a few days of receiving your FACT FINDER form we prepare our written recommendations, including budget guidelines.  

We then present our recommendations for your consideration including A detailed week by week, month by month BUDGET plan. You keep track of your spending by entering income and expenses into your BUDGET that we set up so that it is easy for you to keep track.

We work with you in the next 6 months to make the changes happen.    

You pay our modest fees only when your savings exceed 5%

Initially we discuss where you are currently and the future direction you want to head towards. We ask you to complete our CLIENT FACT FINDER form so that we can understand your current financial position. We also request you to sign our CLIENT ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT to confirm our appointment to work with you over the next 6 months.  We then prepare our best recommendations for you to help you to bring your life back under control. This includes preparing your CLIENT BUDGET PLAN. 

We look at everything you spend money on from the big spending areas of housing, transport and food to personal areas such as recreation, health, entertainment and clothing. We review your sin spending on alcohol, tobacco and gambling. We also examine the bigger items to find savings including your debts, your home and vehicles.

At our second meeting we go over everything point by point so that you understand our recommendations. We calculate the estimated value of the savings over the initial six months and we work with you on those recommendations.  The final step in our process is the most important. You need to be fit and mentally sharp to make the decisions necessary each day to make the changes. We work with you regularly to review progress and encourage you all along the way. 

You may ask what does all this cost? We confidently predict that our modest hourly rates for the work we do will be more than compensated for by the savings you make in the six months of following our program. We will refund our fees if you do not make 5% pa savings during the first six months.  For example if your total expenses are $60,000 pa you need to save at least $3,000 before you pay our fees.  If you only save $1,000pa you pay nothing. If you save $10,000 you still only pay our agreed standard fee.

We also offer a super service where you pay us a flat 15% monthly of all your savings made over the initial 6 months. This is useful for certain clients who require a higher time allocation in a short period to achieve savings they require immediately.

 

We offer two family services:

 

$590 standard service - Our standard service involves all the steps in the premium service except we do not include the extra time of writing to banks etc or reviewing your Centrelink benefits or reviewing all assets and liabilities. 

$890 premium service - Our premium service includes writing to firms and banks to whom you owe money and we use our best endeavours to help you negotiate repayment deferral or full or partial debt write off. We examine whether you are entitled to claim any Centrelink benefits and assist with any claims. 

The program is for life and once you have successfully completed your 6 month apprenticeship you have the option to continue to enjoy our coaching process. So, if you still need further guidance we offer our maintenance service at $190 for every 6 month period.  This an opportunity to continue to access our advice and receive our regular money saving suggestions. 

We also offer a combined standard home and business service that includes the standard home service plus a review of your business areas including banking, working capital requirements and overall business efficiency for $890. We also offer a premium home and business service that includes the home premium service and a more thorough examination of everything to do with your business, for $1290. If you want two businesses reviewed our total premium fee is $1890.  Again we offer our no net cost guarantee unless you make 5%  - so that if your savings are below 5% then you pay us nothing.

We offer two BUSINESS SERVICES

 

The PREMIUM BUSINESS Service covers almost everything to do with running a small to medium size business including marketing, working capital analysis, all expenses thoroughly reviewed, gross margins improvement, review of all assets and liabilities plus productivity of owner and staff. The STANDARD BUSINESS Service excludes marketing, productivity and asset and liability review but still focusses on the most important area of working capital and gross margins.
